Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Australia. We don't ship outside Australia.

What it costs

• Free on orders of $100 or more.
• $15 flat on orders under $100, such as a few spare tiles.

Prices include GST. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

When it arrives

While our first stock is on its way to Australia, floors are sold as pre-orders. The delivery window is shown before you pay, at checkout and in your order confirmation. A pre-order is refundable in full until it ships (see our Refund policy).

We email you when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it.

Damaged in transit

Please check your boxes when they arrive. If anything is damaged, email contact@novfort.com with photos and your order number, within 7 days if you can, and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
